Commodity Tax and Payment Guidelines

Dear Customers,

When purchasing items from our store, please take note of the following information regarding import tariffs (sales taxes). This information is crucial for understanding additional costs and payment methods during the shopping process.

Pricing Clarification

The prices listed for our products do not include any import tariffs or sales taxes. This means that the price you see for the product is solely for the item itself, excluding any additional taxes imposed by your country.

If "sale tex" appears on the right, it means that your country needs to pay import tariffs.

We will choose the express delivery service that supports the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) mode. In this way, the import tariffs is paid when you purchase the goods, enabling a rapid customs clearance and saving you the trouble of any extra procedures.

The import tariffs is not necessarily payable, as some countries do not levy taxes on goods below a certain price. For example, in the case of our keyboards, the majority of countries that require payment of import taxes are located in Europe, as Europe currently levies tariffs on a zero threshold basis.

If you do not see any sales tariffs to be paid during checkout, generally, you do not need to worry about it. In special cases, we will contact you via email. For instance, if your country does not support the DDP method.

In such cases, we will need to discuss with you before shipping the item.

Tax Payment Methods

The timing and manner of payment for import tariffs (sales taxes) depend primarily on your country's policies and the courier service we choose.

  1. Prepayment(DDP): In some cases, our courier service will collect import tariffs (sales taxes) upfront during checkout. This means you won't have to wait for the goods to arrive at the port before paying additional taxes. When you see a clearly stated amount for import tariffs (sales taxes) on the checkout page, it indicates that your order will be processed this way.
  2. Payment at Arrival(DDU): In some cases, you may be required to pay import tariffs (sales taxes) when the goods arrive at the port in your country. This usually occurs when there are no additional taxes listed on the checkout page. In such cases, you may need to contact the courier service or local customs directly to complete the tax payment.
