Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return by sending an email to support@ergokbd.com along with your order number. Returns are allowed within 14 days of the delivery of the package.

Shipping fees for the return are not refundable. This means that you are responsible for the shipping fees for the return shipping.

Any customs fees which may be charged during the return of your package, such as when you reject to pay customs fees during import, are also non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. This means that we cannot take back partially or fully assembled keyboard kits or components.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial refunds may apply when an item is missing or damaged.

There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted if applicable. This is judged on a case by case basis.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 work days.

We reserve the right to withhold up to 3.5% of the refund value in payment and processing fees.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your original payment method such as your bank, credit card or PayPal. It often takes time before a refund is processed.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ergokbd.com.

Shipping

To return your product, please first contact us. We will give you the mailing address.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
